How much wallpaper do I need?
Measure the height of your wall.
This will tell you what panel size you should choose. (panel size)
Measure the width of your wall. Divide by 2.
This will tell you how many panels you need (panel quantity)
We offer 3 panel’s size
How to measure your wall
Simply measure the height of the wall to know what panel size you need. Then measure the width to know how many panels do you need.
Multiple Standard Walls
Repeat the process for standard walls. When you know the number of panels you need to order just sum all the panels you will need and place your order. ( note: do not sum all the measures of the walls together to order panels. Each wall should be measure individually and panels ordered for each wall.) E.g. Wall 1: 8ft (w) x 10ft (h)= 4 panels 2ft x 10.5ft. Wall 2: 10ft (w) x 10ft (h)= 5 panels 2ft x 10.5ft. Total panels you need to order: 9 panels 2ft x 10.5ft.
Wall with obstacles
If there are any obstacles on your wall, simply measure the entire wall as you would for a full standard wall and cut away the obstacle during hanging.
Measure the width and height of the greatest lengths on your wall only, ignoring any slopes. You will apply the wallpaper panel normally and the slope should be cut away during installation.
Measure the width and height of the greatest lengths on your wall only, ignoring any slopes. You will start applying the wallpaper at the panel normally and the slope should be cut away during installation.
If your wall is 10ft high by 14ft wide you will need 7 panels of 2ft x 10.5ft
If you are going to apply the wallpaper to a half wall 3ft high by 14ft wide you will need 7 panels of 2ft x 4ft
If your wall is 10ft high by 14ft, even if you have an obstacle, you will still need 7 panels of 2ft x 10.5ft
The pattern repeats every
2ft or 24inches in length and width.
We offer three different panel sizes to make installation easier and to minimize material loss. That way you can purchase the panel that best fits your project without a lot of material waste. However, if decided to purchase a bigger size panel to cut in several parts, or if you decided to purchase panels from different sizes yet to be used in the same wall ( project) please remember to take into consideration pattern repeat otherwise the design will not match and you will not have a second chance after you have cut it. Remember...
“Measure twice and cut once.”
