Return and Exchange Policy
- Eligibility: Products purchased from the Walls By Me website (wallsbyme.com) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Returns: Once Walls By Me receives your return, It will verify that the product is in its original packaging. If approved, we will issue a credit to your credit card. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Exchanges: No return shipping costs or handling fees will be charged for exchanges. After receiving your exchange, Walls By Me will verify that the product is not used, and your exchange will be shipped at no additional cost.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom orders, wall art, sale orders, and orders processed with six or more items can not be returned or refunded unless the item has a visible defect (e.g., a printing error). Color discrepancies, scale size, or anything related to design are not manufacturing defects. To check the physical color, pattern scale, or test material, please order a sample before your order.
- Wallpaper Samples: Wallpaper samples are not returnable under any circumstances.
- International Orders: International orders are not returnable under any circumstances.
- Retailer Purchases: For wallpaper purchased through a retailer, returns must be handled directly through the store where the product was bought.
