Shipping Policy

How fast can I get my order? 
Orders will be shipped from 1-2 business days after the order is placed.  Our cut-off time is 1 pm ( EST). Orders received after the cut-off time will be processed as received in the following business day. You may choose the shipping service that best fit your needs. 

FREE Domestic Shipping-  We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above $20. It takes approximately 2 to 6 business days from the date it was shipped for the order to arrive.  Therefore, depending on where you are located, you can get your order within 4 to 8 business days after placing an order (considering handling and shipping). 

International Priority Shipping is charged and takes approximately 6-10 business days from the date it was shipped. Please add two days for handling and processing as we are print to order. Express priority shipping is available, and it takes approximately 3-5 business days. 

How much does shipping cost? 
FREE domestic standard shipping for all orders! Additionally, you can purchase expedite shipping for second-day shipping or next-day shipping, if you prefer. 

International orders shipping charges are based on weight. 

Do you ship internationally? 
Yes. 

Are custom fees or duties included? No. Customers must check with local authorities about any applicable custom or duty fees. Walls By Me is not responsible or can advise in regards to this matter.

How can I track my order?

How do I change, modify, or cancel an order? 
We understand that change happens. If you must cancel, change or modify your order, please contact us immediately through email at support@wallsbyme.com or call us at 1.888.798.0306. A member of our team must confirm all changes or cancellations. This ensures that we are all on the same page, and your order has not gone to production or has shipped already.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Orders that have been shipped already will have to follow the same rules as exchanges.
