Color variations: We have made every effort to display and describe, as accurately as possible, the different hues. However, the colors tones can vary from monitor to monitor, light in the room, and one’s judgment. Colors and patterns can be verified by ordering a sample on our website.
Ordering: Make sure you buy enough wallpaper to complete your project all in the same order so that it comes from the same batch.
Surface Application*: Can be applied to almost all smooth painted surfaces.

*Surface application and paint:
Due to the numerous types of paints and different surfaces each customer may use and apply the wallpaper final results may result widely from wall to wall. Wall surface should be tested for adhesion with a swatch to assess adhesion. It is very important that you allow at least 30 days concerning a newly painted surface to dry. Bubbles or failure can occur if the color is still outgassing/flashing off. Washable paints and No VOC paints prohibits full adhesion. To counter this limitation cleaning the wall can be thoroughly wiped down with isopropyl alcohol with a rag but yet there are no guarantees.

We offer FREE standard domestic shipping. However there are expedite options available at a charge for faster service. Therefore normally orders arrive between 3 to 7 business days depending where you are located and what shipping option you selected.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy We will accept returns up to 30 days from the date you received your package. Please return package in the same condition you originally received; unopened and sealed. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees and a restocking fee may be applicable. We are not able to accept returns of open items.

Samples are not refundable.

We are made to order and that means we will print each and every order especially for you. Please note there may be color differences from one batch to another so we strongly recommend ensuring you are buying enough wallpaper to cover the entire area you intend to apply the wallpaper as if you place separate orders it may be printed from different batches and therefore to have a difference in color. If you are ordering for wallpaper testing we suggest you ordering a sample prior to complete your purchase.
